Nutrition coaching that fits your life — not the other way around
Nutrition coaching means you stop guessing what to eat. You get calorie and macro targets built around the foods you already like, habits we pick together, and a weekly check-in where a real person — me — looks at your week and adjusts the plan. No banned foods, no starvation math, no pretending you'll meal-prep six hours every Sunday.
Everyone lands here from a different starting point. Pick yours:

Lose it without giving up the foods you love — and actually keep it off.
How it works.
1. Start with a free consultation
A free 20-minute call — video or phone. We talk about your goals, how you actually eat right now, and whether coaching is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. No pressure, no script.
2. Get your nutrition assessment and targets
I build your calorie and macro targets around your body, your training, and the foods you already eat. Together we pick one or two habits to start with — small enough to win at, big enough to matter.
3. Check in weekly.
Adjust. Repeat.
You log meals by snapping photos in the app. Every week I review your food log, your habits, and how you're feeling, then adjust your targets and tell you exactly what to focus on next. Questions between check-ins? Message me in the app.
Everything lives in one private coaching app on your phone — your targets, your photo food log, your habits, your check-ins, and our messages. No spreadsheets, no printouts to lose.
Why I coach nutrition.
I didn't come to nutrition from a textbook. I came to it because I wanted more — more gas in the tank late in a ringette game, more weight on the bar at the gym, more out of my yoga practice, and honestly, to just feel better on a random Tuesday.
So I studied it. Obsessively. And what actually worked wasn't a diet — it was a system: enough protein, targets instead of rules, and small habits repeated until they're boring. That system is what I coach. I'm a coach, not a dietitian — and I'm upfront about what that means (here's the honest breakdown). If your situation is medical, I'll tell you and help you find the right professional.

Simple pricing: $80 a month
One plan, everything included: your custom targets, weekly check-in reviews, habit coaching, the app, and direct messaging with me. Month to month — cancel any time, no contract and no notice period. For context: a single in-person nutrition session in most Canadian cities runs $60–90. A month of coaching costs about the same as one of those.
Do you need a nutrition coach or a dietitian?
If you have a diagnosed medical condition — diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder — you need a Registered Dietitian, and I'll happily point you to one. If you're a healthy adult who knows roughly what to do but doesn't do it consistently, that's coaching. That's me. Read the full breakdown: nutrition coach vs nutritionist vs dietitian in Canada.
Questions people actually ask.

Worth it when accountability is your missing piece. Most people don't fail from lack of information — they fail from lack of follow-through. A coach gives you targets, watches your actual week, and adjusts. If you already eat consistently and just want a plan to follow, start with the meal plans instead — it's cheaper.

If you want one, yes. Every client gets calorie and macro targets plus habit coaching; done-for-you weekly meal plans with grocery lists are available as part of your coaching — see Custom Meal Plans for how they work.
-
A private coaching app on your phone, built on the ABC Trainerize platform. You log meals with photos, track your habits, message me, and see every check-in in one place. iPhone and Android.

Yes — alongside your prescriber, never instead of them. My job on a GLP-1 is protecting your muscle while the scale drops: enough protein, strength-friendly eating, and habits that hold after the medication stops. I don't give medication advice, ever.
