Custom Meal Plans, Built Around Your Life
Your week of eating, planned for you — macros matched, grocery list included, rebuilt every week.
Custom Meal Plans, Built Around Your Life
A meal planning service with a coach attached.
Every week you get a custom meal plan matched to your calorie and macro targets: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks built from food you actually like, with the full grocery list included. It arrives in your coaching app, and it isn't a template — I build it around your week, then rebuild it at every check-in based on what worked and what you're sick of.
• Matched to your targets — protein, carbs, and fat set for your goal, not a generic 1,800 calories.
• Built from your foods — you tell me what you like, what you hate, and what your family will actually eat.
• Grocery list included — one list, organized the way stores are laid out, done.
Not a meal kit. Not an app template. A person.
To be clear about what this is: I don't ship you food — you shop from the list and cook normal meals. I don't run your numbers through a generator and email you a PDF nobody ever reads. And it's not a 30-day template everyone gets. It's your plan, built by the same coach who reviews your week — which is why it survives contact with real life.
How it works.
1. Tell me how you actually eat
We start with a free consultation, then a short intake: foods you love, foods you refuse, allergies and foods you avoid, cooking skill, time you'll really spend, and who else eats at your table.
2. Get your first plan
Once your intake is done, your first custom plan lands in your coaching app — meals, snacks, portions, and the grocery list, matched to your macro targets.
3. It gets better every week
At your weekly check-in I see what got eaten, what got skipped, and how the week felt. Next week's plan adjusts — more of what worked, none of what didn't. That feedback loop is the whole reason this beats any template.

These are real one-week plans you can download and run yourself: high-protein, weight-loss, low-carb, vegetarian, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, and eating-on-a-budget editions. A template is a great start — a custom plan is what happens when the food is yours and someone adjusts it every week.

Busy weeks
Simple meals, short grocery lists, leftovers used on purpose. No 14-ingredient recipes on a Tuesday.
Included in coaching — $80 a month.
Custom meal plans aren't an upsell. They're part of the full coaching plan: your targets, weekly check-ins, habit coaching, the app, direct messaging — and your plan, rebuilt weekly. $80 a month, month to month. Most standalone meal-planning services charge more than that for a static plan nobody adjusts.
One honest limit.
Meal plans for a diagnosed medical condition — diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder — are a Registered Dietitian's job, and I'll help you find one. I build plans for healthy adults, including around foods you avoid and dislike. Not sure which you need? Read: nutrition coach vs nutritionist vs dietitian.
Questions people actually ask.
-
No — this is a planning service, not a meal kit. You get the plan and the grocery list; you shop and cook normal food from a normal store. That's on purpose: it's cheaper, and you learn to run your own week.
-
Tell me at your check-in — or message me in the app — and it's out of next week's plan. Nothing is sacred. The plan bends to you, not the other way around.
-
Yes. Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, picky-eater households, and any list of foods you avoid or are allergic to — the intake covers all of it, and the plan is built from what's left, without turning your macros into an afterthought.
-
Whatever matches your real life — most plans run three meals plus one or two snacks, but if you eat twice a day and hate breakfast, we plan that instead.
-
Apps run $10–15 a month and hand everyone the same generated weeks. This is $80 a month and includes the coaching around the plan — a person who checks what actually happened and rebuilds it. If a static template is genuinely all you need, start with the free ones above.
