Personal Training in Edmonton
One-on-one coaching with your complete program included — sessions from $70, packages from $289 a month.
Personal Training in Edmonton
I coach one-on-one personal training in Edmonton's west end — and unlike most trainers, my coaching packages include your complete training program, not just the hours we spend together. The workout doesn't end when our session does.
Sessions are one hour, at a fully equipped commercial gym in the west end, or in your own home if that's where you'll actually train. You can book single sessions, a pack of five, or a monthly package where I build your entire program in the app and coach you through part or all of it in person.
If you've been putting off getting help because gyms feel intimidating, or because the last program you tried fell apart in week three — that's exactly the person I built this for.
One coach, one program, as much hands-on time as you want.
Every monthly package works the same way at its core: I build your complete training program in the Trainerize app — every workout, every set, every progression — and then I'm on the gym floor with you for some or all of those workouts, depending on the package you choose.
Your program comes first. After your consultation I build your plan around your schedule, your equipment and your starting point. It lives in the app on your phone, so every training day is laid out whether I'm standing next to you or not.
We train together. In our sessions I teach the lifts, fix your technique while the reps happen, and progress your loads with more precision than any app can. On a Hybrid plan that's every other week; on Twice-a-Week I'm there for most of your training.
You get stronger on your own. On the days between sessions the app walks you through your workout, you can film a set and send it to me, and your plan updates at your weekly check-in so it stays coherent instead of changing every day. The goal isn't to make you dependent on me — it's to teach you to run your own training with a coach close enough to catch problems early.
What it costs.
Just the training. One-on-one sessions with no app program attached — we train together for the hour, and your training between visits is your own.
Single session (one hour) — $70
Five-session pack — $325 ($65 a session — and your sessions never expire)
In your home — $90 a session, travel included across Edmonton and the surrounding communities
Coaching packages. Every package includes your complete Trainerize program, weekly check-ins, video form review and messaging — plus coached sessions at the gym. All month to month.
Hybrid — two coached sessions a month plus your complete program — $289/month. This is where most people start: enough hands-on coaching to keep your technique honest while the program teaches you to train confidently on your own.
Weekly — four coached sessions a month plus your complete program — $399/month. Bought separately, the program and four single sessions would run $460 — the package saves you $61 every month.
Twice-a-Week — eight coached sessions a month plus your complete program — $599/month. Separately that's $740 of coaching; the package saves you $141 a month.
Add nutrition coaching to any package for $40 more a month — the same full nutrition service I run for online clients, alongside your training.
Every package renews monthly and you can cancel any time — no contract, no minimum term, no notice period. The price you see is the price you pay: no GST, no sign-up fee. Want more than two sessions a week? Tell me at your consultation and we'll build it.
Just want the program without in-person sessions? That's my online strength coaching — $180 a month, the complete service, anywhere in Canada.
In-home personal training.
I also train clients in their own homes, across Edmonton and the immediately surrounding communities — $90 a session, travel included. It works exactly like my private yoga sessions do: I come to you, and the hour is yours.
You'll need some basic equipment on site: a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a set of resistance bands is enough to run a real strength program, and if you have more, we'll use it. What I can't do in a living room is barbell work — if your goal is a barbell total, the gym is where we'll get you there. In-home suits people building strength for daily life: new lifters who aren't ready to walk into a gym yet, older adults who train better at home, and busy people with a home setup that deserves a proper plan.
Who you'll be training with.
I competed in powerlifting: at the 2019 Western Canadian Championships I squatted 157.5 kg, benched 90 kg and deadlifted 195 kg at 67 kg bodyweight, and finished first in my division. My numbers are public — you can check them on OpenPowerlifting. I don't compete any more; I lift for my health now, and my attention goes to my clients' training instead of my own total.
I also teach yoga and Pilates classes at three studios across Edmonton, which means I've coached hundreds of bodies of every age and starting point — not just strong ones. That mix is the whole point of how I train people: strength work that respects how your body actually moves, taught patiently, progressed honestly.
Who I work with best.
Most of my personal training clients are women new to lifting or returning after years away, women over 40 who want strength through perimenopause and menopause done properly, and adults over 60 building the strength that keeps the next twenty years independent. If that's you and you'd rather train online, each of those has its own coaching page — strength training for women, women over 40, and older adults.
And if you've been specifically searching for a female personal trainer in Edmonton: usually that search isn't about preference for its own sake — it's about wanting a coach who takes you seriously in a weight room. That's the room I run.

At a fully equipped commercial gym in Edmonton's west end. We confirm the gym access details at your free consultation, so you don't need to arrange anything before we talk. In-home sessions are also available across Edmonton and the surrounding communities.
-
Yes — most of my clients start as beginners. Your first sessions are spent learning the basic movement patterns at your pace, with loads that match where you are today. You don't need to get in shape before you get a coach.
-
Yes. Single sessions are $70 and a five-session pack is $325 — and the pack never expires, so use your five sessions at whatever pace suits you. Sessions-only means we train together for the hour and your training between visits is your own — the app program, form reviews and weekly check-ins come with the monthly packages.

On any monthly package, the rest of your training week runs through the Trainerize app: every workout is laid out for you, you can film a set for feedback, and you can message me any time. Your program updates at your weekly check-in, so your plan stays coherent instead of changing every day.

Some basic equipment at your place: a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a set of resistance bands is enough to run a real program, and if you have more we'll use it. The one thing I can't bring to a living room is barbell work — if your goal is a barbell total, we'll do that at the gym.
-
No. Every package is month to month and renews automatically; cancel before your next billing date and nothing further is charged. Session packs are even simpler: you pay once, the sessions never expire, and there is nothing to cancel.
-
Yes — add it to any monthly package for $40 more a month. It's the same nutrition coaching service I run for online clients: your targets, your meal plan and habit coaching, handled alongside your training.

Then the online program is the better fit: $180 a month for the complete coaching service — your full program, weekly check-ins, form review and messaging — anywhere in Canada. Clients also move between the two as life changes; it's the same app either way.
Start with a conversation
Every client starts with a free consultation — no gym required, no commitment. We talk about your goals, your schedule and your starting point, sort out the gym access details, and pick the option that actually fits. If I'm not the right coach for what you need, I'll say so.
